CC&C TAT/RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted for orders that are lost in transit through any mail system. It is out of our control as to what happens to merchandise once it leaves our store front. This is an issue that would have to be brought up with USPS. If the package is redirected to us we will absolutely resend it to you!
IF there is an issue with the product quality, we can replace the item(s) after pictures are sent to us via email within 7 DAYS of the delivery date at:

We will NOT refund or remake ANY products from customer error. This includes but not limited to: Damaged patches from washing caps, not following ALL directions on the care card that comes with your cap purchase, misuse of any product etc...
We will NOT refund your product OR send new product if you entered the wrong shipping information at checkout, you can file a claim with USPS. IF you send an email to costalcountryco850@gmail.com BEFORE your shipping label has been created, we will TRY and get your address fixed. Once the shipping label is printed there is nothing we can do EXCEPT cancel your order OR you can pay $7.50 for another label to be printed out.
TAT POLICY
TAT for Tiktok Lives:
Our current TAT for shipping items after a live is 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
This does not include weekends or holidays.
TAT for all other products:
TAT for shipping of other products are 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS
This does not include weekends or holidays
